Mary Beth Morgan
Mary Beth Morgan has worked in the food and beverage industry for 13 years. In 2008, she started The Darjeeling Café, which began in Staunton as a 20 seat tea and sandwich shop with a kitchen the size of a coffee table. In 2011, The Darjeeling Café reopened in a larger location and began life as a full-service restaurant and catering business. The café quickly outgrew it’s moniker and perception of being solely a tea shop. In January 2013, Mary Beth renamed the business AVA Restaurant and Wine Bar.
Mary Beth has received rave reviews for her interesting and healthy cuisine and her fun, community-building events. And she regularly receives accolades for her full- service caterings and event plannings.
